DeShawn Williams, Defensive Tackle

For the past three years, Williams has been a big time performer in the preseason for the Cincinnati Bengals but hasn’t been able to stick on their active roster for very long.

He has played some regular season ball but the opportunity hasn’t quite been right for him to stick in the Cincinnati rotation.

The two moved on from each other after he had racked up 18 total pressures and 13 run stops in three years’ worth of preseason play.

He’s about 6-foot-1, over 300 pounds, and has quickness from the three technique position to disrupt the opposing team’s passing game. He also has great upper body strength and plays with leverage.

I think this is a very interesting player for the Broncos to add, specifically with the way they have brought up unheralded linemen in recent years.
