2. Production behind poor OL play

Taylor has done a good job despite playing behind a poor offensive line.

This past season, Taylor ranked third in the NFL in terms of which quarterbacks had the least amount of time to throw the ball.

Since he took over the starting position for the Bills, he’s been sacked a whopping 124 times, and has managed to only throw 16 interceptions in 44 games.

Denver fans should know as well as any what Taylor is capable of even playing against a phenomenal defense, completing nearly 77 percent of his throws in a win against the Broncos this year, along with his highest QB rating of the year (126).

Taylor is capable of making plays when the pocket breaks down, and he’s capable of producing despite the flaws in an offensive line. With Denver’s unit still in transition, that could be a factor that is considered.
