What is known as a pristine honor, Denver Broncos corner back Chris Harris Jr. is the team’s nomination for the Walter Payton Man of the Year.

When I think of a player that has shown time in and time out the passion to go out there and play the game of football, I think of Chris Harris Jr. He could end up becoming the best corner to ever play for the Denver Broncos.

Not only does he contribute on the field, he does so off the field as well. And for his work off the field, the Denver Broncos have named him their nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.

Chris Harris Jr. will go up against the other 31 players from the NFL teams for the honor. The winner will be announced during the NFL Honors Award Show the night before Super Bowl 52.

There is no doubt in my mind that Chris Harris Jr. is deserving of this award. He has done so much work for the community. I honestly could say there is no better man to be nominated for this award.

In 2012, Chris Harris Jr. and his wife have provided so much to the Denver community. He wants to provide underprivileged youth with many opportunities. I honestly enjoy the fact that Chris Harris Jr. does that. Being able to provide to those who do not have many opportunities to succeed is quite phenomenal.

However, that is only one of the many things that he does for the Denver community. He is so involved with making a difference that I believe he could make for the perfect hero for those in the community.

Congratulations to Chris Harris Jr. for such a phenomenal job in the community. Continue doing all the work that you do for Denver. We are proud to call you a Denver Bronco.
