De’Angelo Henderson, RB

I think I speak for all of Broncos Country when I say that we want more De’Angelo Henderson.

Henderson was unquestionably the team’s most exciting preseason player, despite everyone’s love affair for Kyle Sloter. The big play threat that was Henderson ripped of one huge gain after another, and showed out as a receiver as well.

Henderson is capable of playing special teams, so he’s valuable anyway on gamedays. We might not see him until later in the regular season, perhaps with only a month or less left to play, but this is a player that could be very productive if given 12-20 touches in a game.

The Broncos really need to get a better look at this kid. He’s got perhaps the best combination of speed, quickness, and power of any back on the Broncos’ roster.
