With the Denver Broncos halfway through the 2017 season, it is not looking pretty. This new three round mock draft helps the Broncos with needs on offense.

At 3-5, the Denver Broncos are in a tough spot. They currently are last in the AFC West and would hold a Top Ten pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. No worries, there is still eight games to go in order to turn this around. But even if the Broncos can improve their record, there is no doubt that the team is going to need help on the offensive side of the ball.

The bad part of this 2017 season is that three of the Broncos draft picks have landed on season ending injured reserve. Carlos Henderson, Jake Butt, and Chad Kelly did not even see the field this season. Henderson got some work in the preseason, but that is about it.

De’Angelo Henderson has been inactive during game days. Isaiah McKenzie and Garett Bolles are the only offensive draft picks that have really seen any regular season action.

With how ineffective the offense has been all season, I can see John Elway making some big changes this offseason. The draft could be the best way to get some of that talent.

With that being said, here is my three round mock draft at the mid-way point of the 2017 NFL season. As it stands now, the Broncos hold the ninth overall pick in the draft. And I drafted with the projection that the Broncos would be okay rolling with Paxton Lynch, Chad Kelly, and a veteran quarterback.
