Before the season began, the Broncos were in dire need of a facelift on the offensive line. Garett Bolles became that facelift that comes with attitude.

During free agency, the Denver Broncos signed Ronald Leary from the Cowboys, sending signals that attitude is front and center this year. In the 2017 NFL Draft, the Broncos focused all their efforts again bolstering the unit with the most weakness in the offseason. Open your page to the first round of the NFL Draft.

Garett Bolles became the sole focus from the Broncos scouting department. It was apparent Bolles was the guy from day one. Since the draft, Bolles has instrumented team bonding with the franchise player instantly. He is a fierce competitor and is embracing the role of instigator on the offensive line.

Bolles is the facelift the Broncos offensive line needed like Derek Wolfe of the defensive line. Wolfe brings attitude and fight for a front playing relentless football. Bolles is the same animal. The Denver Broncos offensive tackle is becoming famous right now of getting in a defender’s head.

Much like Wolfe, Bolles’ verocity does not take away from the talent. According to some draft experts, Bolles was the best left tackle coming out of college. His pure movement and strength of his hands make him a nightmare to blow by as a pass rusher. Bolles threw Jerry Hughes like a rag doll on Sunday despite the loss.

Bolles showed up to practice before the Buffalo Bills game after sustaining a potentially severe injury. It appeared bad. But do not ask Bolles that. He showed up to practice in helmet and pads like he was a “Cyborg.” This furthers the comparison between Derek Wolfe and Garett Bolles.
