Oakland Raiders at Denver Broncos Must See Matchups

Interior Defensive Line vs. Marshawn Lynch
Marshawn Lynch, AKA Beastmode — Oakland’s prized offensive signing — has had an up and down year so far.
Averaging 3.9 yards per carry and only one touchdown, Lynch has yet to break through in a game this season. During the Broncos’ thrashing of Dallas in week two, Denver completely neutralized Ezekiel Elliott and the Cowboys’ strong offensive line.
While Lynch is older, he still poses a threat in the run game that needs a duplicate effort from two weeks ago by Denver to stop him. Defensive ends Derek Wolfe and Adam Gotsis have been remarkable so far, while a deep rotation of defensive tackles has plugged gaps to largely stop some of the best running attacks in the league this season.
Melvin Gordon had 54 yards, Ezekiel Elliott had just eight, and LeSean McCoy had 21 respectively. These are outstanding statistics for this unit who will look to continue this trend of stonewalling another great tailback.
