The Denver Broncos are tied with the Buffalo Bills 13-13 at the half. We look at the first half and give reactions to the game so far.

It has been quite a defensive battle between the Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills. The game goes into halftime tied at ten points a piece. Denver got off to a slow start, but seemed to be getting it together.

In my opinion, this has been a weird game. With Oakland coming to town next week, I am sure hoping that the Broncos are not overlooking the Bills. It is good that the Broncos do have the lead.

The running game seemed slow to start, but had a big burst that led to their first touchdown of the season. But perhaps the biggest worry factor of this game so far is the defense.

Denver’s defense has not looked sharp during this game. It is really odd to see them so off sync. There has also been some fluke plays and questionable calls during this game.

We got to see Jamaal Charles get his first touchdown as a Bronco. That was exciting.

On a big pass from Trevor Siemian to Emmanuel Sanders, the play was ruled a catch at first. But the officials reviewed it and ruled it an incomplete catch. That left Broncos Country wondering one thing…

“What is a catch?”

We honestly do not know what a catch is anymore. But at least the Denver Broncos offense has kept the team in the game. It feels odd to say that. But it is the truth.

One thing that I want to see during the second half is for the Broncos secondary to get better. There are no big names on the receiving end for the Bills. They must take advantage.

The Buffalo Bills will receive the second half kickoff. Let us hope that they can wake up and get something going. Go Broncos.
