OUTSIDE LINEBACKER: 5 (37) — Von Miller, Shane Ray, Shaquil Barrett, DeMarcus Walker, Kasim Edebali

Practice Squad: Vontarrius Dora, Deon Hollins, Jimmy Bean

CUT: Danny Mason, Ken Ekanem

The five guys making the roster here are obvious, and perhaps the most solidified position group on the team. Miller, Ray, Barrett, Walker, and Edebali have all got roster spots locked in, and they’ll all be playing significant gameday roles throughout the season.

Edebali could end up being the team’s special teams ace.

I picked three practice squad candidates here, including Hollins and Bean. The Broncos claimed Bean off of waivers with very little time remaining in the preseason, so they obviously wanted to get him acclimated to their system. He has some nice physical tools.

Hollins is undersized at this point, but has shown great explosiveness off the edge when given the opportunity. Dora is still learning and improving, and spent most of last season with the Broncos on the practice squad.
