The Broncos have an All-World defense as is, but they also employ the best defender in the NFL. Von Miller is a huge reason why the Broncos can win Super Bowl 52. He is a defender without weakness, and can take over a game, or a stretch of games as he did on his way to Super Bowl 50 MVP.

This season is going to be Miller’s first as the true alpha-dog on defense. The past three seasons, it has been Demarcus Ware filling that veteran leader role. Ware has groomed Miller for just this moment Von has taken it upon himself to become an even better version of himself. The work he’d done this offseason in changing his teammates eating habits hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Von appears motivated to make 2017 his best year to date. He has already stated that he is coming after Vic Beasley’s sack title. It’s easy to imagine being snubbed for Defensive Player Of The Year a year ago didn’t sit to well, and could provide even more motivation.

While the stats may not be what they were in Miller’s sophomore campaign of 2012, he seems set to have his best year yet. Miller is only 28 and possess’ a unique ability to be able to completely take over a game. His combination of speed, power and flexibility give him a skill set that no other player in the league can match. Von Miller could be in the running for league MVP this year, and in a quarterback league, that says something.

Von Miller is a weapon that no other team has. He’s the biggest reason the Broncos won Super Bowl 50, and could be the biggest reason as to why the Broncos once again hoist the Lombardi trophy next February.
