Carlos Henderson

The lack of production as a number three wide receivers opens the door for a player like Carlos Henderson. Henderson is an impressive specimen who presents body control, burst and ability to break tackles. Call me crazy, but his body control on catches remind me of Odell Becham Jr. Henderson played college at Lousiana Tech for one year. During his college football career he put up ridiculous numbers: Freshmen year – 29 catches for 569 yards and four touchdowns, Sophmore year – 36 catches for 774 yards and five touchdowns and Junior Year – 82 catches for 1,535 yards and 19 touchdowns.

You read his junior year correct. 19 touchdowns his Junior is absurd numbers, but it gets better. In his time at Louisiana Tech he missed tackles at a 37% clip, the highest in college football. The next closest is Corey Davis who became a top ten pick in the 2017 NFL Draft! If this translates to the NFL, Henderson will provide a huge boost to a position desperate for a lasting impact.

Henderson is a versatile receiver capable to play outside as a number two or in the slot. The impact he can make with Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel on his outside is another reason Henderson is legitimate fantasy football add late in the year or before the season.
