Jamaal Charles

In fantasy football, there are those leagues where 14 teams present problems for depth. Jamaal Charles is a candidate to be a Comeback Player of the Year. Not only that, but if CJ Anderson sees the same of a drop off like last year Charles will emerge as the bell cow. Charles appears to be on the right track after suffering numerous knee injuries with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Here is that word healthy again. Charles is the leader in NFL history in yards per carry. When he touches the ball, he is bound to make something positive happen in the open field or at the second level. Like Anderson, Charles benefits from playing in the shotgun versus under center.

However, Charles even with Anderson as the bell cow provides receiving explosion to the position and more pop than his teammate. Charles late signing with the Broncos may prove Elway’s greatness again if Charles plays with the chip on his shoulder he presents currently. If Charles adds 300-400 yards on the ground with another 300-400 as a receiver it produces punch to offense desperate for more in 2017.
