3. Upgrades at skill positions

The Broncos have made some significant upgrades at the offensive skill positions.

Starting at running back with the addition of Jamaal Charles and even sixth round rookie DeAngelo Henderson, and moving on through with guys like third rounder Carlos Henderson, fifth rounder Isaiah McKenzie, and fifth rounder Jake Butt.

These guys were brought in to have instant impact on an offense that lacked any real playmakers last year outside of Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, who just can’t handle that kind of full load given they are always being double teamed.

Having these additional playmakers will allow the Broncos’ top guys more one-on-one opportunities. It also gives the team some legitimacy after the catch, where they have been terrible. I think the upgrades made to the offensive weaponry will help this Broncos team become a much more dynamic group.
