Philip Rivers has a lot of great things to say about Von Miller
Denver Broncos nemesis Philip Rivers took some time to say some really great things about the best defensive player in the NFL — Von Miller.
It’s not uncommon for NFL players to say nice things about each other. It is interesting, however, when Philip Rivers is saying something nice about a Denver Broncos player. In this particular instance, he’s saying nice things about the best defensive player in the NFL — Von Miller.

1. How much I hate arbitrary rankings of players.
2. How lucky the Broncos are to have Von Miller.
Miller is a generational talent. He is a true superstar. The Broncos were fortunate enough to have a number of those types of players on the offensive side of the ball in John Elway, Terrell Davis, Shannon Sharpe, Peyton Manning, and a number of others. Those are the types of legendary players that players want to emulate for decades after they are done playing.
Von Miller is that type of player.
Rivers is right when he says that Miller will ultimately go down as one of the best defensive players ever to play. He does everything well as a player, and has come a long way off the field to become one of the leaders of this Denver Broncos team.
