Jordan Taylor, Wide Receiver

Cody Roark, Staff Writer

My next breakout selection is none other than Sunshine Jordan Taylor. Taylor caught 16 passes last season for a total of 209 yards and two touchdowns. Taylor produced those without seeing as many snaps as I believe he deserved.

However, Taylor has a legitimate shot at spending a lot of time on the field in McCoy’s system. Teams will double team Demaryius Thomas or leave a safety over the top, and Sanders as well, but that will allow for the offense to utilize guys like Taylor and Virgil Green on short, intermediate, and deep routes.

Jordan Taylor was the one guy that Peyton Manning had trusted more than anybody during his final season, and that is an unsung attribute that sings loudly.

I see Taylor being a useful asset out of a trips formation as the number three receiver in the bubble game and on third down plays.
