Isaiah McKenzie & Carlos Henderson, Wide Receiver

Cameron Parker, Staff Writer

It is can be difficult to see rookies fulfill expectations right away in their first NFL season. Two is unheard of.

Both Carlos Henderson and Isaiah McKenzie are poised to make a monster impact in the new season.

McKenzie is a special teams guru that plans to make a major impact like Trindon Holliday did in 2012-2013. McKenzie totaled 6 touchdowns in his time as a Georgia Bulldog. It is the punt returner part of special teams that must be better this year and McKenzie is a big part of that.

Finding a number three wide receiver has been hard in year’s past, but the team finds more depth but adding Carlos Henderson to the fold. Henderson missed close to 37% of the tackles in his time at Louisiana Tech University. The next closest was Corey Davis at 22%.

In just his first college season, Henderson made a lasting impression to impact a Broncos offense for many years to come. If it all comes together in his first full NFL season, there potentially might be no versatile wide receiver in the game than Henderson.
