Champ Bailey is celebrating his Birthday on Thursday. We go back and take a look at some of his great accomplishments with the Denver Broncos.

Champ Bailey was perhaps one of the best cornerbacks to ever play for the Denver Broncos. He always brought that charisma and high energy during his time with the team. It was a shame that he could not win a Super Bowl ring. But he will be in the hearts of Broncos Country forever.

Today, the Champ is celebrating his 39th Birthday. Like I did with Chris Harris Jr., I have decided to reflect on some of Champ Bailey’s best moments as a Denver Bronco cornerback. There have been so many moments, it was tricky to pick a few.

One of the moments that will perhaps stick in memories forever was the interception of Tom Brady that was returned for 100 yards in the 2006 AFC Divisional Round. It was the longest non scoring play in NFL history. He was just one yard away when Benjamin Watson sprinted from one end of the field to the other to bring him down just short.

It was perhaps one of the most electric plays in Denver Broncos history. It completely swung the game around. New England was looking to take the lead, but Champ Bailey made sure that was not happening.

Let us also not forget about his 10 interception season, which was tied for the NFL lead back in 2006. Here are all ten of his interceptions.

If Champ Bailey had become part of the No Fly Zone, it would be something to behold to watch. Him alongside Chris Harris Jr., Aqib Talib, and Bradley Roby. Broncos Country is sure happy to have witnessed what Champ Bailey brought to the Denver Broncos.
