Donald Stephenson- Tackle

This could be the obvious choice to make for the offensive line. A variety of factors of letting Donald Stephenson go would make sense. His performance during the 2016 season could be one option. It just seemed as if he could not get things going as the starting right tackle.

Another factor is the pay. The Denver Broncos restructured his contract earlier in the offseason. If he makes the final 53, he would make two million dollars. With Garett Bolles drafted and Menelik Watson signed, it would make little sense to keep Stephenson on the roster.

It would be best for the Denver Broncos to use that two million elsewhere, unless Stephenson really makes an impact during the preseason and training camp. Mentioning Bolles and Watson could be another factor that could see him gone.

There will have to be a huge change in his play if he is going to stick around. But I think his time in Denver is most likely up no matter what.
