I think, as my predictions attest, that the Broncos get out to a swift start. When you get to visit Buffalo in September and you start with three home games, you’d better start no worse than 3-1.

The Broncos always have swift starts in their history, regardless of circumstances.  The special teams’ enhancements, as well as the removal of that dummy Rick Dennison (no disrespect), should make the offense as effective as the first Mike McCoy era.

That’s why I have the Broncos’ offense with such high point totals consistently.

The Chiefs and Raiders are both excellent teams right now, so that’s why I see the Broncos losing those road games.  I think the Giants will come in and upset the Broncos as Eli Manning can still wing it around.  Perhaps he’ll even give the Broncos some “authentic gear” after the game.

The Raiders and Dolphins back-to-back on the road is really tough to get through and Miami is a quality team as well.  They will only be better from last season.  I like Ryan Tannehill more than most.

Also, the Broncos never do well at Indianapolis, just like the Bengals never do well in Denver, or for the most part, the Patriots.  Plus, it’s a Thursday night so I see the Colts being the last team to beat the Broncos in the regular season.

I’m leery of Super Bowl predictions, seeing as the postseason is always a crap shoot. In any event, if the Broncos have to go to New England, that coward, John Fox, is gone and the Broncos know how to beat the Patriots traditionally.  Why should anything change now?
