Final Denver Broncos mock draft: Elway gets his franchise left tackle

There’s a pretty decent chance Mixon won’t even be on the board at this point of the second round, as multiple teams (Bengals, Eagles) are rumored to have interest in taking him ahead of the Broncos. However, if he’s on the board, I think Mixon would be the selection here.

The Broncos could also look at someone like Curtis Samuel of Ohio State or Alvin Kamara of Tennessee, both of whom would be excellent selections.

Mixon, however, has top 10 talent. He has an off-field flag that can’t be ignored, which is why some teams have taken him off their board entirely.
