The Denver Broncos could take a shot on Brian Hill. If so, I doubt they will be disappointed. The Mountain Time Zone is the best.

I am not as wise of a draft guru as many of my colleagues at Predominantly Orange.

With that said, I have always paid close attention to the Mountain West Conference as a Utahn. (BYU and Utah were both in the Mountain West so those are the games I always saw as a kid and the WAC before that).

Thus, when I saw the Wyoming Cowboys this past college football season, I saw this powerful tailback who just abused defenses. He is the subject of this story, Brian Hill.

Hill ran for 1,860 yards in 2016 for Wyoming, the third-best performance in FBS and posted 22 rushing scores.

His contributions for the Cowboys made him a third-team All-American by The Associated Press.

Overall, in his career at Laramie, Wyo., Hill ran for 4,287 yards and 35 touchdowns in three seasons.

He is an adept receiver as well, having caught 41 balls for 403 yards in his time with the Cowboys.

Hill, whom the Broncos met with at the Scouting Combine, just knows how to produce.

It would seem that, based on receiver Emmanuel Sanders’ words Monday, the Broncos are all about the juice.

Of course, this idea was first pioneered by head coach Vance Joseph last week in his remarks to media.

Hill leaves the high plains of Laramie with one year of eligibility left.

This will be to the benefit of whoever drafts him as he has plenty left in the tank.

In any event, I think Hill is worth a final day of the draft selection.

Much of Wyoming consists of Broncos fans so it’s a win-win situation for all.

If the Broncos take a chance on him, I think they’ll like what they see.
