In a case where Christian McCaffrey and OJ Howard are not the picks, the Denver Broncos address defense to reach levels once achieved in 2015.

Sometimes risks turn into a beautiful piece of art when finished.

It is the 2.0 version of my mock draft. There are numerous candidates to upgrade the Denver Broncos team. Reuben Foster is a potential drop; however, I do not foresee any scenario where he falls past 15. Christian McCaffrey’s adds playmaker at running back, but there needs to be significant hurdles if he falls to 20. The same goes for OJ Howard.

Obviously, the Broncos most glaring need is offensive line. As of right now, the Broncos likely choice is a lineman. Still, it is hard for me to see left tackle be vacant before the draft. John Elway has a plan there and he will address no matter what round or trade. Jason Peters is a potential trade candidate and Joe Thomas are still floating around. Given the upgrade to the Browns’ offensive line in free agency, it is unlikely they part with him; however, it is Cleveland after all.

In a twist of fate, there are candidates for the Broncos of first round talent the team can catch in mid rounds. Whether off field issues or bad timing in injuries, Broncos can upgrade the offensive and defensive side of the ball. There is a plethora of talent at their disposal in the mid rounds and beyond.

Let us get to the full list of picks for the Denver Broncos:
