No. 2 – Von Miller

The Super Bowl 50 MVP continued on his tear during the 2016 season. But he sure was a household name after the big game last February.

We saw him on Dancing with the Stars and making various media appearances. When it came to get to work, he did just that.

He signed the biggest contract for a defensive player in NFL history and went out and showed why he deserved it.

Von Miller would record 78 tackles and 13.5 sacks and even forced three fumbles on the season. You must always be careful when getting hit by Von Miller. He will do whatever he can to strip the football away and give his offense or the defense a chance to score.

For the first time in his career, he missed the postseason. But you better believe he will be coming back hungrier for another championship ring in 2017. We have not seen the last of Von Miller.
