Key Matchups

Paxton Lynch vs. Jaguars Secondary

As I mentioned earlier, Paxton Lynch will be starting his first road game in his career.

It will be very important for him to get a rhythm going early and often in order to get the home crowd out of the game.

The Jaguars have quite a solid defense. And their secondary is in the Top 5 in passing yards allowed.

If the Denver Broncos are going to get a win in Jacksonville, they need to trust Paxton Lynch when it comes to throwing the football.

Blake Bortles vs. Broncos Defense

The Denver Broncos are known to create pressure on the quarterback.

Blake Bortles is one of the few quarterbacks that have been under more duress than often. And when a quarterback is under pressure, they tend to make mistakes.

I mentioned this week that the Denver Broncos defense needs to shake the bad loss off and play lights out. This could be the week to do so.
