21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (21)

Look for Jameis Winston to hit his stride after the bye.  Like the Chargers, the Bucs are a team that is better than their record shows.  With a nice road win against the Panthers to boost their confidence, they are primed to take off behind their second year signal caller.  Will they actually do so?  That remains to be seen.

22. Los Angeles Rams (16)

The Rams have now lost two in a row, and have a -27 point differential on the year.  While Case Keenum actually played very well, it may be Jared Goff time soon if they don’t start winning more games.  At 3-3, it’s not time to panic, but it’s time to pick it up or mail it in as a lost season.

23. Cincinnati Bengals (13)

Marvin Lewis has to be feeling the heat.  After 5 straight one and done’s in the playoffs, a highly disappointing regular season was not what was needed for him to hang on to the job.  The Bengals look lost on offense and defense.  Perhaps the return of Tyler Eifert can get the offense back on track—if he ever comes back that is.

24. Detroit Lions (25)

The Lions are 3-3, and probably should be better than that.  At the rate they are going, they are playing just well enough to keep Jim Caldwell’s job, lose out on a high draft choice, and miss the playoffs.  That’s so Lions.
