17. Baltimore Ravens (15)

The Ravens seemingly only know how to play close games these days.  And they are now 3-3 after a 3-0 start.  Winning half of your games that are one score games would seem to be the mark of an average team.  That’s exactly what the Ravens are right now—an average team.

18. Jacksonville Jaguars (20)

Take note—the Jags are on a win streak.  With no team looking the part of a good team in the AFC South, the Jaguars are right in the mix to win that division, even with only two wins.  They will have to improve however, as they barely beat a poor Bears team just to get to their second win.

19. Tennessee Titans (24)

Demarco Murray has been an absolute difference maker for the Titans who have made their way to .500.  Like the Jags, the Titans are right there in the division, and their upcoming schedule is very favorable.  If they can find a way to get a game or two over .500, they will give themselves a shot to win the AFC South.

20. San Diego Chargers (27)

The Chargers finally held on to win one—barely though.  For as well as they played, and as poor as the Broncos played, Denver still had a hail mary attempt at the end of the game to tie the game.  A win is a win, and Mike McCoy desperately needed one to hang on to his job, after squandering four 4th quarter leads this season.   A win against the defending champs is also something that can catapult a team that is lacking confidence.  San Diego is absolutely better than their record shows—can they build on this win or will they revert to blowing leads when it counts?
