If there were one position group to challenge the defensive line for a better grade, it would be the secondary. Early in the week, coaches said the Denver Broncos secondary had yet faced a bigger wide receiving group like the Buccaneers’ Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson. Statistically, Evans had a decent game, but the secondary did a tremendous job of not allowing the yards after the catch.

Aqib Talib returned to the Tampa Bay hot sun and what a welcome back it was. Talib picked off Jameis Winston twice, one was close to being his second pick-six on the season. Bradley Roby is in search of his first interception and after the hour and a half weather delay was close to that chance. Because of the wet ball in the rain, Roby almost caught it and took it to the house.

The secondary will receive an A- for the simple choice as the linebackers. The team struggled mostly in the game on third down in week four of the NFL Season. This historically is Denver defense staple and today against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers allowed 31 percent in third down efficiency. However, this area must be cleaned up against the Atlanta Falcons, as Julio Jones racked over 300 yards of receiving. It is safe to say though, that will not happen against the No Fly Zone and the DEFWU defense.
