17. Houston Texans (11)

The Texans must have thought they played on Sunday this week because that was one of the worst performances they could have possibly delivered Thursday night.  The early returns on Osweiler haven’t been promising considering how much they are paying him, and Watt is having the worst season of his career thus far.  There’s a lot of time left, but this Houston team was supposed to compete this year.  Right now, they look like pretenders.

18. New York Giants (15)

It is never dull when Odell Beckham gets to match up with Josh Norman.  Something about Norman gets under the star receivers skin and makes him do things like this:

The Redskins may have the mental edge over the Giants for this very reason.

More from Predominantly Orange

The Falcons are a very talented team in year two of Kyle Shanahan’s system.  The undoing of this team will be the defense, as they have no way of pressuring the quarterback.  Through three games they have a whopping three sacks.  When they aren’t carving up a Saints defense that would struggle against a college team, will their defense be able to keep them in the game?  This is the question that Dan Quinn will need to answer.

20. Buffalo Bills (23)

This showing by the Bills must make their fans even more frustrated.  If they are capable of playing at this level, why can’t they do it week in and week out?  Rex Ryan may not be the best head coach, but his players do play hard for him when his job is in limbo.  Can they keep it up and get back in to the AFC East conversation?  We shall see.
