To this point, the Denver Broncos defense showed during their game against the Indianapolis Colts that they are still a defense to be feared. They scored two touchdowns in the game. What do you believe makes the Broncos defense such a special unit?
They play so well together and feed off of one another. They are a well oiled machine. It’s going to hurt seeing D-ware out for 4-5 weeks but I’m sure they will be fine.
Another thing that we do need to cover. It appears as if Demarcus Ware is going to be out for a significant period of time, worse case scenario. But the Broncos defense has done a stellar job even with some key players gone.
For nearly half of the season during the Super Bowl run, the Denver Broncos were without their defensive leader. But having Shnae Ray and Shaquil Barrett waiting in the wings will really help in the long run as Ware continues to recover.
