Jameis Winston is an impressive football player. He shook off a slow start and absolutely lit up the Falcons on Sunday, throwing for four TD’s. What’s as impressive as his play is the leadership he possesses.

Winston is no longer in college, he has no problem leading, by example and vocally. He has no problem calling out players that are his elders, and he commands the respect of his teammates. The young Bucs should only get better from here on out, and could be a surprise playoff team in the NFC.
