With the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears set to face off in the first preseason game of the 2016 season, we sit down with Mike Burzawa of Bear Goggles On, the Bears FanSided site and get his takes on Chicago’s offseason and this week’s game.

Do you smell that Broncos Country? The Denver Broncos 2016 is right around the corner. The team is looking to repeat and go back-to-back for the second time in franchise history. We all know how sweet that time was. Now we get to see the Broncos take it on in a new light.

In the 1997-1998 seasons, the team had John Elway and Terrell Davis for both. Now the Denver Broncos will be entering this season with a new quarterback at the helm. Unlike back in the day, when the Broncos were the favorites to win it all, the team is now treated as an underdog because they lost their quarterback and a couple players on defense.

Let us hope that the team proves them wrong once again.

If you all remember from last season, I talked to a few members from other FanSided NFL sites. One of the sites I got to talk to during the 2015 season was the Chicago Bears FanSided site Bear Goggles On. Now we are back talking football and this Thursday’s game between the Broncos and Bears.

Mike Burzawa from Bear Goggles On is back with us to talk about this matchup. Both the Broncos and Bears squared off last season, a matchup that the Denver Broncos won by a score of 17-15.

Let us check in and see how Mike is doing and ask him some questions about the Chicago Bears’ offseason and this upcoming showdown.
