Day Two Brought the “Wow.”

The Broncos finished up day two of Training Camp for the fans. Four observations stood out more than the others, but it is difficult to know if any movement will happen yet, since the team is not in full pads. However, the early part of the camp could indicate the direction Kubiak and the rest of the coaches want to go.

Yesterday, we looked at wide receiver, quarterback, fullback and the punting situation. Today, the direction will be focused toward Jordan Taylor, Devontae Booker, Jeff Heuerman and Michael Schofield. Three of the four had their surprises, but one will give some people nightmares just by his play last year.

Broncos were little-by-little more involved than the first day. Von Miller was still brought along slowly, but had a helmet on showing he would be utilized more throughout the day. Trevor Siemian spent most of the early morning and afternoon with the first string offense, while Mark Sanchez was with the second team. Sanchez was a little more crisper on his passes and made some deep throw connections as did Paxton Lynch and Siemian. We will know more on the Broncos’ quarterback situation throughout the month of August and in Training Camp.
