Demaryius Thomas had a bad case of the drops last year, which resulted in a season Thomas would love to replace. The wide receiving corps is still one of the best in the NFL despite all of that. Thomas tallied over 1,300 yards in a great statistical season, but as talented as he is, he will have huge bounce back year. All Broncos will have to work extra hard if Siemian and Lynch are the starters. Siemian is more mobile than Sanchez, but Lynch trumps both of them in that category.

There were distractions in Thomas’ season. From the release of his mother in prison to the drops, Thomas acknowledged it took a toll on him. Now that he does not have those distractions, he can start with a fresh slate in 2016. Thomas is that big body wide receiver who truly is the number one on the Broncos. Emmanuel Sanders right now, has passed him, but if Thomas performs like his old self, it will not take long to reclaim that spot.

Thomas today displayed his incredible one-handed catches that looks so simple when he does it. He has a tendency to play hard in the preseason which adds more buzz around the heralded receiver. Thomas must continue to prove he can be dominant, physical receiver at the line of scrimmage to create separation and finishing routes.
