Offensive Tackle- Starters

Russell Okung- Starting Left Tackle

Russell Okung was the starting tackle for the Seattle Seahawks in 2015. After spending six seasons with the Seahawks, the well known left tackle left during the offseason and represented himself. The Broncos met with him and were able to work out a deal.

It was perhaps the most interesting contract structure I have ever seen. It is for one year for five million. However, it comes with a four year, $48 million option should the Broncos decide to exercise it.

Basically, 2016 will be a huge test for Okung in the Broncos system. If he passes, he can be a solid starter for the team for a long time. And nothing is better than getting stability at the offensive line.

Donald Stephenson- Starting Right Tackle

Another offensive lineman that was picked up via free agency, Donald Stephenson was a former member of the Kansas City Chiefs for four seasons. The Broncos signed him to a three year deal that is worth $14 million, with $10 million guaranteed.

The buzz is that Stephenson will enter training camp as the starting right tackle. However, he does have the versitility to play any position on the line as a guard or tackle. This could help in the case of injury.

He is a big guy, listed at six foot, six inches and 312 pounds. Perhaps he can be the answer to preventing Khalil Mack from getting to the quarterback.

I think the Denver Broncos will be in good hands with these two as the starting tackles.
