Will Parks

When scouting the Broncos’ day three picks, perhaps no one excited me more than Will Parks.

Okay, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t downright giddy about the Devontae Booker pick, but Parks still tickled me pink.

This is a player at 6-0, 200 pounds that is going to give you absolutely 100 percent on every single play. He can play the slot, he can play safety, and he can play special teams. He can play tight in coverage or out in space, and he can make plays around or behind the line of scrimmage.

It might take him some time to get acclimated and to earn snaps in the ‘No Fly Zone’ but there is definitely a place for him on this roster and primary positions opening up on special teams with the departures of David Bruton Jr. and Omar Bolden.

Parks will play a critical role in the game’s third phase while awaiting his opportunity to join the league’s best secondary.
