In this next installment of the Denver Broncos evaluation, we take a look at the wide receivers on the roster heading into training camp.
Training Camp is a little over two weeks away. We could not be any more excited to see the Denver Broncos take the field again. This time, it will be different. For the first time since the 1999 season, the Broncos will enter the season as the Super Bowl champions.
That has quite a nice ring to it, now does it not?

So far in this series, we have covered the quarterbacks and running backs. Today, I will be taking a look at the wide receivers. This position for the Denver Broncos appears to be in really good shape. And that is a good thing with a new quarterback coming into the fray this season.
Last season, the team’s wide outs were successful in moving the ball down the field. This was especially true early on in the season. The Peyton Manning to Emmanuel Sanders connection on third down was a thing of beauty.
Last season even saw some names that have been waiting in the wings. The one that I will not forget is Bennie Fowler’s catch on third down in the divisional round against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Talk about stepping up in a big time situation.
What can we expect of the Denver Broncos wide outs this season? Let us evaluate the position going into the 2016 season. Due to the number of wide outs on the roster, I will categorize all 11 receivers in their respective spots in lieu of where I think they will stand once training camp ends.
