Roby has already ‘broken out’ in a sense, but his third year is going to be telling for how far he’s come. Combined with the fact that the Broncos could be looking at some time without Aqib Talib, Roby could be in line for a much bigger role this season.

Broncos coaches are adamant that they see Roby as a starter in this defense, and that’s reflected in the amount of snaps he plays. He’s a physical press corner who can play the slot or on the perimeter, and his aggressive style is perfect for this Denver defense.

Roby is a critical piece of the “No Fly Zone” already, now it’s time for him to step even further into stardom in this league.
