In this week’s edition of “Meme Monday”, we talk about stuff. Specifically, NFL stuff. No theme this week. Just going off of whatever I came up with. Without further ado, here’s “Meme Monday: Random Edition”.
Here we are, stuck in the middle of June. Although this is a good time of year for getting outside and enjoying the weather, it’s really the dormant portion of the off-season for NFL fans. With OTA’s and Mini-camps ending after this week, Broncos County will have to take a pause and chill for a while until Training Camp gets underway in July. Until then, what will Broncos fans have to look forward to? Baseball, the NBA Finals (if they really want to call it that) and Ninja Warrior re-runs? Come on, we can do better than that, Broncos Country.
I will try to do my part in entertaining our fanbase by continuing this series of articles for Predominantly Orange. Sometimes I’ll have a specific theme for an article and other times, I’ll just put funny stuff together. Today, it’s definitely the latter. Let’s see how this goes with this week’s “Meme Monday”.
First off, let’s get this out in the open… Brock, you have a beef with the Broncos. It’s one thing to not go to the White House ceremony, but to skip the ceremony where you get your RING!??! I understand things may not have ended how you wanted them to, but come on, dude. That’s weak. Why not enjoy theses kinds of moments with your former teammates? I tried to be fair with you in last week’s “Meme Monday” but now, the gloves are off. These are for you, Brock.

Why would you do that to Bugs Bunny? He must not be a fan of rabbits, but I hear he loves cats.

That picture is fitting with Brock’s recent attitude. Good metaphor for his interaction with the Broncos. If you’re going to part ways, at least hold your head high and act like a champ. Speaking of losers, I hear the Panthers got their NFC Champion rings not too long ago.

We all know it to be true. Like other participation trophies, I don’t know if that’s something you put on the shelf. Speaking of participation, Johnny Manziel would do anything to participate in the NFL these days. Hopefully you can get things turned around, Johnny. In the mean time, don’t expect the big guys to hang with ya.

Well, that’s why the NFL stands for “Not For Long”. Speaking of NFL, could somebody please tell Von to sign a new deal already? Time to focus on a repeat…

You had an MVP off-season, Von, but don’t let it go to your head. I know you’ve had some issues with getting more guaranteed money, but please don’t call John Elway cheap.

You can call him cheap, but for the most part, he’s been fair. Desperate teams with lame duck coaches/GM’s overpay for players in Free Agency. Rest assured, Von, the Broncos will take care of you. Von should trust that his contract won’t be crappy. On the flip side, this team is definitely smelly.

When your fans get more pumped about their costume than their team, then you know you suck. Speaking of teams that suck, what are those Vikings doing?

Such a shame. First, Herschell Walker now, Adrian Peterson. Those Vikes really know how to keep their stars from getting a ring. One thing that they do well, though, is putting everything on their kickers…

Poor guy. You miss one field goal and you never hear the end of it from a crappy fan base.
That’s what I got for now. Thanks for reading! Go Broncos!
