32. Cleveland Browns

The poor city of Cleveland just cannot, and will not figure it out. The Browns have been through dozens of quarterbacks since their last playoff appearance, and while finally in prime position to pick a FRANCHISE quarterback, they opt to sign the wildly ineffective Robert Griffin III, and then trade that draft pick for multiple picks, all of which will probably be failures (except for Corey Coleman). Here’s to Cleveland hoping that some how, some way Steph Curry might have a few off games, so that the Cavs can finally break the championship curse on the city. However, it is in true Cleveland fashion, that this Cavaliers team would be this good at the same time that Golden State is even better. That’s a shame. It’s a pretty pathetic sign that during an NFL power ranking, I talk more about a cities basketball team than the Browns themselves. Whoops…sorry Cleveland.
