25. Atlanta Falcons
This was an odd team in 2015. They began the year 5-0, and then fell flat on their face (shades of the ’09 Broncos). They did happen to beat the Panthers, some how. Matt Ryan did not seem to mesh too well with new offensive coordinator Kyle Shannahan. Julio Jones is a freak of nature, and is probably going to break Calvin Johnson’s single season record for yards before his career is said and done. Can year 2 in the system be better? We’ll have to wait and see. Until then, they will stay where a team that went 3-8 down the stretch should be.
