19.  Buffalo Bills

I am not sure what to think of the Bills.  I love their young QB, Tyrod Taylor, but it has been rumored that the Bills aren’t in any hurry to give him a new contract.  Shaq Lawson should be a very nice pickup for a Ryan defense that is losing Mario Williams (who never really fit very well with Rex), but last year they were just a model of inconsistency.  If the Bills can play more like the team that killed the Colts in the 2015 opener than the team that lost to the sub .500 Giants, Jaguars, and Eagles, then they will be just fine.  However, they still have to beat Brady, and that’s always a huge problem for the Bills.
