13. Oakland Raiders

This seems like the appropriate spot for the Raiders, who look to end a 14-year playoff drought. On paper, this team looks loaded, but we still need to see the product on the field. Their offensive line looks great with the addition of Kelechi Osemele, and the underrated resigning of tackle Donald Penn. Their receiving corps should be improved just because of the expected leap to greatness of second year man Amari Cooper. Everyone expects Derek Carr to take the next step in his progression. And then there is the defense, that has taken a huge step up with the additions of Bruce Irvin and Sean Smith in free agency, and Karl Joseph in the draft, and another underrated resigning in Aldon Smith. The pass-rush should rival that of the Broncos, especially with Khalil Mack coming into his own. This could be a good long-odds Vegas bet (25-1) to win the Super Bowl. However, I am not anywhere close to putting them into the top-10 until they can prove it on the field, where they have been abysmal since 2002.
