9.  Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals had great luck with injuries all year in 2015; except for that one little mishap with Andy Dalton.  Dalton was in the midst of a career year last season, and the Bengals were one of the top teams in the NFL.  However, they should probably expect a step backwards this year after losing lots of key contributors in free agency.  They still have Dalton, Green, Eifert, and a lot of good players on defense, but I would suspect more of a 9-7, 10-6 type year out of the Bengals this year.  Should be a borderline playoff team.
