With the departure of Malik Jackson, the Broncos defensive line is going to be one of the key positions to look at in the draft this weekend. One name that has been linked to the Broncos is first round draft prospect Robert Nkemdiche.

His name has appeared on so many mock drafts for the Broncos first round selection, it just seems like it is only a matter of time when he swaps out the red and blue for some orange and blue. He is a great player who does have some character issues.

But if there is one team that would take that chance, it would be John Elway and the Broncos. They took Shane Ray last year who was busted around this time last year and he proved to be a solid player in the defense.

Being surrounded by players and coaches who are great role models would be ideal for Nkemdiche. And it does not need to be a superstar right away, which would be an added bonus.

I believe if the Broncos cannot trade up to get Paxton Lynch, then Nkemdiche is going to be their guy for the 31st overall pick. And it is something I am A-Okay with.
