Quarterback

Connor Cook- Michigan State University

Jeff Driskel- Louisiana Tech University

Paxton Lynch- Memphis University

Dak Prescott- Mississippi State University

The biggest name on this list is first round draft prospect Paxton Lynch. Some mock drafts have the Broncos drafting Lynch with the final pick in the 1st Round. And quite a bit of members in Broncos Country are excited at the prospect of drafting him, including some of us here at Predominantly Orange.

The only issue that could prevent the Broncos from drafting Lynch is due to the draft needs of some of the team ahead of them. With the Rams and Eagles trading up to the first two picks of the draft, it could be no surprise that they are looking to take Goff and Wentz.

This means that Lynch should be the next quarterback on the board. And there are a few teams drafting ahead of Denver that are in need of a quarterback. In order for the Broncos to get Lynch, they might have to trade up if he falls a bit in the draft.

The other three quarterbacks are post-first round prospects. Prescott and Driskel are names that have been linked to the Broncos. Cook has popped up recently as the Broncos first round draft pick, which is odd to me.
