It has less to do with the opponents and more to do with how well the schedule is spread around in terms of giving the Broncos big breaks off of short weeks and a well-timed week 11 bye.

The key for this defense is going to be getting well-rested, and they’ll have the opportunity here. I also have full confidence that the offense can make a turnaround this season after looking like it was struggling to get anything going at all last year.

I know some are concerned about the QB position, perhaps rightfully so. I think this year’s team is going to be really good, and people will be shocked because of the amount of roster turnover.
