Denver Broncos mock draft with Paxton Lynch trade
How will the Denver Broncos replace Malik Jackson? Well, Vance Walker didn’t go anywhere, and Jared Crick is now with the team. The Broncos also added some depth to the defensive interior with Phil Taylor at nose tackle to compete with Darius Kilgo and possibly allow some movement for Sylvester Williams around the formation.
Enter the 6-6 Kaufusi, who was one of the most disruptive linemen in college football last season. If Bill Kollar can teach him how to play with better pad level, the sky is the limit here. He has incredible length, strength, and athleticism, running a 4.87 40-yard dash at 285 pounds.
As good as Malik Jackson became for the Broncos, Kaufusi has the ability to become an even better player with proper development and coaching. He certainly has the motor to be productive in year one, and I think the Broncos would love to add him to the mix defensively with what they already have going…
