2. (63rd overall) Jeremy Cash, S/LB, Duke

Cash was an Ohio State recruit who transferred to Duke and was an absolute stud for three seasons, racking up over 100 tackles in each of those three years.

His production has been incredible and will certainly attract NFL teams, but his ability to play a critical role in this Denver defense right away should be what attracts John Elway and the front office.

With T.J. Ward and Darian Stewart leading the way, the Broncos are certainly going to have to be ready for an injury replacement. Cash plays a lot like Ward, and could even double as a linebacker in coverage packages if need be. If you haven’t seen him play, find a highlight reel and watch. He’s something else.

In 2015, Cash had 101 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and three forced fumbles.
