larger safety (6’2, 217 lbs), he will make his NFL money as a punisher in the box and in small windows as a Safety/Linebacker hybrid.

The Broncos are suddenly without depth at the Safety position after David Bruton departed in Free Agency and players like Omar Bolden, Josh Bush and Shiloh Keo still looking for work. Killebrew provides an instant option for the Broncos as the #3 Safety that can be a great Special Teams/rotational player with a good chance to become a starter down the road.

With Darian Stewart in the last year of his deal and TJ Ward’s reckless style of play, it’s inevitable that Killebrew will find plenty of playing time on Defense sooner than later.
