Evan Mathis came to Denver with one goal in mind: Super Bowl.

That goal is 60 minutes of football from being achieved. One of the best offensive guards in football, Mathis has struggled with injuries in Denver this year, and is playing on just a one-year contract. If he feels like he can still play after this season, it’ll be interesting to see how the Broncos approach a possible re-sign.

He was let go in Philadelphia because of a contract situation, but the Broncos got him on a pretty nice bargain.

Splitting time with Max Garcia at left guard, Mathis has been a solid addition for Denver this year and a player who will play a major role in a potential Super Bowl title.
